Have you noticed what’s been happening at Bush Inn mall? What was once a fairly quiet place with not much going on to attract customers has now become a food Mecca of sorts. The whole complex has grown (even out onto the carpark area which was limited for parking space as it is), and is now mostly occupied by eateries.
It’s a genius move by Bush Inn.
With Westfield Riccarton just up the road, why try and compete with that behemoth. By ensuring their tennants are eateries, they can stay competitive.
The move seems to have been a success for the complex. The whole area now appears often packed out with people and even at non peak times, it is difficult to find a car park.
Some popular new eateries include Carl’s Jnr and a Moroccan eatery called Dubba Dubba. You can see a full list of all the shops here.
Have you been to Bush Inn lately? What do you think of the changes there? Do you like the eateries that have opened up?
